Brunei National Petroleum Company Sendirian Berhad (Syarikat Petroleum Kebangsaan Brunei Sendirian Berhad) or “PetroleumBRUNEI” was created by enactment of the Brunei National Petroleum Company (BNPC) Order, 2002. The Company was then incorporated on 14 January 2002 under the Companies Act (CAP 39) as a ‘Private Limited Company’, wholly-owned by the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam through the Prime Minister’s Corporation.
