Brunei National Petroleum Company Sdn. Bhd. (PetroleumBRUNEI) is offering for Exploration and Production Licensed under Production Sharing Agreement two designated blocks namely; Block L and Block M both of which are located in onshore Brunei Darussalam. |

Opening of Invitation for bids: 29th August 2005 .

2. |
The location and size of the offered exploration blocks are shown in the attached |

map. |
|
|
3. |
The Tender documents will be available on all working days during office hours |
|
from the address below. Interested bidders may purchase the bidding document at a non-returnable fee of US$100.00. |
|
|
4. |
Interested bidders wishing to participate in bidding for the two blocks may |
|
purchase the relevant data packages and obtain related information from the address below. |
|
|
5. |
Purchase of data packages of the relevant block(s) is a prerequisite to qualify for |
|
participation in the bidding process. |
|
|
6. |
The contract will be principled on the Production Sharing Agreement (PSA). |
|
Interested bidder would be eligible to purchase the proposed PSA model for Block L and Block M (to be available on payment of US$2000.00) at the time of purchase of the data packages stated above. |

7. |
Interested eligible bidders may bid, for one or more of the designated blocks singly |
|
or in association. |
|
|
8. |
The Tender closing date will be 3rd January 2006 and all interested eligible |
|
bidders must submit their separate sealed bids for Block L and Block M not later than 12.00 NOON on the closing date. |

9. |
Expenses incurred in connection to the bidding process shall be borne entirely by |
|
the interested parties. |
