It is a known fact that the oil and gas industry, in general, is experiencing shortages in suitably young and technically skilled people that will be able to take on the continued challenges facing the industry in the 21 st century. In the immediate to short term period, staff training and development efforts will be intensified in order to prepare our people for greater responsibilities as the Company adopts a wider scope of investment. This will be implemented together with a planned program for necessary work placement and industrial knowledge exposure.
